Before recommending a solution, PBC will always assess the birds’ behaviour to discover the right approach for your issue.
If pigeons are only perching on the leading edge of the parapet wall or handrail of the balcony, then a deterrent placed in these areas might be effective.
However, if the birds are roosting on the floor of the balcony, then the only effective form of proofing is to exclude them from the balcony area completely. This can be achieved by installing netting across the face of the balcony.
